REDIS.4U

The grid went down. Your orders didn't.

REDIS.4U is the customer master and operating engine for wholesale distributors. Pricing, orders, warehouse, fulfillment and AR in one place, with QuickBooks Online kept in step as you work.

Live

In production at our first distributor. Pricing, CRM, chat and the customer portal are live; warehouse and invoicing are in a supervised parallel run.

Product render · sample data

Live in the app today

Catalog to cash. One conduit.

REDIS.4U follows the shape of a distributor's day, and every module reads from the same customer master. Pricing, CRM and ordering run in production every day; warehouse stock and invoicing run side by side with the distributor's existing system until the numbers match.

  1. Catalog

Product master with categories, barcodes, vendor SKUs and cost, photos. Import from a spreadsheet.

  2. Procurement

Vendors, POs, receiving and three-way match. A nightly draft PO per vendor, and landed cost read from vendor invoices.

  3. Warehouse

Scanning on every screen: pick, receive, count, load. Bins, a drag-and-drop warehouse map and transfers between warehouses.

  4. Customers & pricing

Price lists, group lists and per-customer CMLs with locks and floors. Margin always measured from landed cost.

  5. Orders

A call board for reps, paste a customer's note in English or Spanish to get order lines, then draft to closed in one workflow.

  6. Fulfillment

Dispatch with trucks carrying several routes, a customer map, and a signed proof of delivery with photos on every stop.

  7. Finance & AR

Document PDFs auto-routed to the right printer. Balances and statements come straight from QuickBooks, so they match to the cent.

Settings & roles

Under all of it: twenty standard roles out of the box, row-level lockdown on every table, settings only the owner or GM can change, and a dashboard that greys out what a given role can't touch.

The proof: QuickBooks Online

You never press sync.

Connect QuickBooks Online once. From then on, every transaction you create enqueues itself and drains to QuickBooks in the background. No nightly batch, no export file, no re-keying at the end of the week.

  • Real-time push sync across eight entity types
  • An hourly read-only mirror brings customers, items and vendors back in
  • Confirmed orders push to QuickBooks as estimates
  • A usage meter with auto-pause keeps it inside QuickBooks limits
  • A live activity log of every sync event

In the field

Same system. In your hand.

Driver, warehouse and sales workflows are built into REDIS.4U, not bolted on as separate apps. They work on any phone, and REDIS.4U installs to the home screen with push notifications. What the office sees is what the driver sees is what QuickBooks gets.

New in production

From build to production.

Since June, REDIS.4U moved from build to daily use. It runs at its first distributor on their live QuickBooks books. Here is what came with it.

Pricing that waits for a person

The pricing engine proposes a price from cost, current price and competitor price. A person approves, changes or rejects it in one inbox. It never changes a live price on its own.

  • Price lists, group lists and per-customer lists, each with who made, changed and approved it
  • A preview of exactly which prices a change will move, and below-floor warnings
  • Bulk reprices that can never go below cost, and can be undone
  • A Customer Scoreboard: margin, sales and basket mix per customer

Customers & crew

  • Customer portal. Phone-first ordering, the next delivery day and its cut-off, tracking, invoices, and statements that match their accountant to the cent.
  • Team Chat. Direct messages and group rooms with phone push, @mentions and attachments, plus threads pinned to any order, invoice or customer.
  • Warehouse. Scanning on every screen, a warehouse map, transfers, and a signed proof of delivery filed on the invoice.

Trust & tools

  • Audit trail with undo. Every tracked change is recorded, with a 15-minute personal undo and a 30-day trash bin.
  • Manuals in the app. The "?" next to each page title opens that page's manual.
  • DEBFIX connector. The owner connects Claude with a secure sign-in. Read-only tools explain an order, a price, a stock movement or a QuickBooks difference. Repairs are previewed and only applied on explicit approval.
  • A switch for every message. Each place the app sends a message has its own switch, plus a master hold.

The intelligence layer

Thirteen engines. Every one running.

The REDIS.4U engine mesh, E1 through E13, runs every night in production. Most are first slices: rule- and statistics-based signal engines, not the full design yet. They raise signals; a person decides. Vision extraction runs on Anthropic Claude, tiered from cache to Haiku to Opus.

  1. E1Demand forecasting

Role agents act on engine signals, with a person approving. We publish what's shipped on the build board below, never before it's real.

That's the product. Below is the proof: every capability we claim, sorted into Live, In flight and Planned, and reconciled against the codebase.

Build status

What's shipped. What's in flight. What's planned.

We don't claim what we haven't built. This board is the source of truth for REDIS.4U — reconciled against the codebase regularly so what you read here is what's actually working.

Since June, REDIS.4U moved from build to production. It runs at its first distributor on their live QuickBooks books. New since June: a pricing engine with price lists and approval safeguards, the Customer Scoreboard, a phone-first customer portal, Team Chat with record discussions, warehouse scanning, transfers and proof of delivery, a procurement decisions tracker, a full audit trail with undo, in-app manuals, and DEBFIX, a Claude connector for diagnosing and repairing data with approval. All 13 AI engines now run a first slice nightly.

Shipped & live

Working today, in production.

Every capability below is merged, deployed and live. Items are grouped by area — first what's new since the June reconcile, then what had already shipped by then. Where something is available but not yet in daily use, we say so on the line.

REDIS.4U · running in production

In production at our first distributor.

REDIS.4U is connected to the distributor's live QuickBooks Online company. Staff use it every day for calls, pricing, quotes, orders and chat. It is not yet their system of record for inventory or invoicing — that's the supervised parallel run listed under In flight.

  • All eight go-live plans shipped
  • Production QuickBooks Online company connected
  • CRM reps working the call board daily
  • Public sign-up closed on purpose — new companies contact us

REDIS.4U · Pricing

Pricing engine & price lists

Live

The engine proposes. A person decides. Live prices never change on their own.

  • E12 Pricing Engine — proposes a price from cost, current and competitor price; approve, modify or reject in one inbox
  • Price lists: import, print, Excel export, below-floor warnings, and a preview of exactly which prices an attach will move
  • Group price lists set the agreed prices for a group and its members; a new list supersedes the old one on its start date, with who made, changed and approved it
  • Customer price lists follow list price hourly unless a line is locked (30-day, 60-day or permanent) — one lock rule on every screen
  • Future costs, plus bulk and scheduled price changes

REDIS.4U · Pricing

Margin safeguards

Live

Guard rails that keep a bad number from reaching a customer.

  • A QuickBooks list-price change over 10% waits for a person
  • A bulk reprice can never go below cost, and can be undone
  • The floor is never below landed cost; margin is always measured from landed cost
  • Landed-cost calculator that reads vendor invoices from PDF or photo
  • Basket rule: an order is judged on blended margin; a below-floor line needs a typed reason, and the order isn't blocked

REDIS.4U · Sales

Quotes & Customer Scoreboard

Live

Win the account, then watch it.

  • Quick Pricing / HUNTER quote tool
  • Quotes that win carry a 30-day price hold
  • Master Quote, Ordering Guide and Competitive Analysis shared from any price list
  • Customer Scoreboard: margin, sales, price-list use and basket mix per customer
  • Date ranges, comparisons, per-customer report with Excel export

CReMA · Ordering & CRM

Call board & order workbench

Live

The intake side of the pipeline, in daily use.

  • Call board split into "whose move is next" columns, with a CRM Rep role and order-day schedules (time, method, rep per day)
  • Paste a customer's own note — English or Spanish — and it becomes order lines; a per-customer vocabulary learns from each rep pick
  • Copy items between orders, combine drafts, batch confirm, bulk approve/reject, live per-line margin, "keep this price" write-back
  • Delivery, fuel and small-order charges that apply themselves; one sales-tax rule on every order path
  • Product flags (low inventory, special order) alert purchasing and land on the vendor's draft PO

REDIS.4U · Messaging

Messages on/off & mailboxes

Live

You decide what the app is allowed to send.

  • Every one of the 34 places the app sends a message has its own switch, plus a master hold
  • Nothing held is ever sent late
  • Order blocks on/off (Onboarding & Ordering switches)
  • Per-user mailbox: send as yourself, with signature, inbox and notifications

REDIS.4U · Customer portal

Phone-first customer portal

Live

Built for the customer ordering from a kitchen, not a desk.

  • Tap-to-add ordering, next delivery day with its cut-off, tracking and invoices
  • Customers set their own password by invitation
  • Balances and statements come from the accounting system's own open-item statement — they match the customer's accountant to the cent
  • Customers pay through QuickBooks' own payment link
  • PDFs (invoices, credit memos, statements, delivery notes, guides) and in-portal signing of onboarding documents

REDIS.4U · QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks, deeper

Live

QuickBooks stays the book of record. REDIS.4U reads it carefully.

  • Read-only mirror of customers, items, categories and vendors, every hour; inactivations flow across
  • Webhook listener wired; the hourly mirror carries the load while events ramp up
  • AR balances read from QuickBooks, so collections never chase a paid invoice
  • Confirmed orders push to QuickBooks as estimates; voiding works both ways
  • Two-way list-price and vendor-cost sync, behind a switch
  • Usage meter with auto-pause and quiet hours; preferred vendor drives the primary vendor

REDIS.4U · Procurement

Replenishment & decisions

Live

Draft POs every night. A record of every buying decision.

  • Replenishment planner: a nightly draft PO per vendor, sized from cover window, shelf floor and missed demand
  • Buying per warehouse: PO numbering, vendor shorts, close-as-received, shortage report
  • Procurement Decisions tracker (first piece, owner-only): vendor scorecards, decision log, rush/late/billing/overbuy flags, velocity, cover, dead stock and seasonality, rebuilt nightly
  • Stock-in rule: dock count wins, otherwise billed; bills link back to their POs

REDIS.4U · Warehouse & delivery

Scan, load, deliver, prove it

Live

Context-aware scanning from dock to doorstep.

  • Fulfillment board and dispatch workbench: trucks carry several routes, with a map, pick per truck and late orders
  • Scanning on every warehouse screen (pick, receive, count, load) with case barcodes, camera fallback and bin labels
  • Phone-first loading, desktop load screens, barcode/label maker
  • Signed proof of delivery on every delivery; signed invoice and photos filed on the invoice and in the portal
  • Warehouse transfers (request, accept or counter, pick, send, arrived / arrived short); every order sells from one warehouse
  • Customer map with filters, nearby customers and a prospects layer; drag to reorder route stops
  • Permanent bin list and a drag-and-drop warehouse map — available, no map drawn yet

REDIS.4U · Team Chat

Team Chat & discussions

Live

Talk about the order on the order.

  • Direct messages and group rooms, attachments, presence, unread counts, mute, resolve and a screen lock
  • Phone push for direct messages and @mentions; emoji reactions, GIFs, inline replies, add people to rooms
  • Record Discussions: staff threads on any order, invoice, customer or vendor, with audience controls
  • Live updates over a locked-down realtime channel

REDIS.4U · Trust & tools

Audit, undo & help

Live

Every write tracked. Every page explained.

  • Audit trail on every tracked write, a 15-minute personal undo, record history panels and a 30-day trash bin
  • Database row-level lockdown on every table, deny by default; settings server-locked to Owner/GM; every route checks its own access
  • Per-tenant AI key, monthly AI budget and per-feature AI switches
  • In-app manuals and SOPs — the "?" by each page title opens that page's manual (31 so far); global search on every page
  • DEBFIX — connect Claude through a secure sign-in; read-only tools explain an order, a price, a stock movement or a QuickBooks difference; repairs are previewed and applied only on explicit approval
  • LIPS (Lite Inventory & Products Suite) with EYES, a customer-safe display mode for showing products at the table

In flight

Being built or verified right now.

Code may be merged and deployed, but until it's exercised end to end in production it stays in this section. Honesty over optics.

Order-to-invoice & live stock — supervised parallel run

Running next to the distributor's existing warehouse system: three order paths, a nightly stock reset and a "stock mirror score" that measures how closely REDIS.4U matches. Invoices push to QuickBooks per customer in a pilot. REDIS.4U is not yet the system of record for inventory or invoicing.

In flight

CReMA Order Procurement Pipeline (10 stages + Kanban)

Partly live. The intake side — call list, call board, review and drafts — is in daily use, and the board has been proven on the live database. Automated customer messaging is held by the distributor's master hold, so the outbound and inbound stages haven't been exercised end to end yet.

In flight

AI sales agent (Pipeline Stage 4)

Built and hardened, gated. The Claude matcher and the learning loop are in code; a learned alias needs three human confirmations before it auto-accepts, and inbound texts are verified so they can't forge orders. Live use waits on the messaging hold.

In flight

SMS messaging

Inbound signature verification is live. Outbound SMS is not switched on yet. The email side of communications — per-user mailboxes, templates, switches — is already live.

AI engines

Thirteen engines. First slices, all running.

All thirteen run nightly from one dispatcher, with an operator console. They are first slices — rule- and statistics-based signal engines, not the full specs. How often each signal gets acted on day to day is something we're still measuring.

What used to be "E11 AI agents suite" now sits beside the engines as an agent mesh — role agents such as Sales Manager and Procurement, plus a briefing agent. Agents act on engine signals, with a person approving.

How we update this page

Reconciled, not aspirational.

This board is reconciled against the live codebase regularly. When something moves from in-flight to shipped, it moves here. When something we thought was shipped fails verification, it moves back to in-flight. The categories mean what they say.

  • LiveShipped & live means working in production. Not "coded but unverified" and not "demoed once."
  • In flightIn flight means actively being built, or shipped-but-undergoing-verification. The verification gate matters: code on disk is not the same as a system running.
  • PlannedPlanned means committed to the roadmap with an intended phase. Order reflects priority — what compounds fastest gets built first.

Things not on this board yet aren't being hidden — they're decisions we haven't made. When they're decided they'll appear here, in the right column.

Questions about a specific item, or want context on why something is where it is? Drop us a line — we answer ourselves.

Onboarding in waves.

REDIS.4U is in production at our first distributor and onboarding more in waves. There's no public sign-up yet, and it's not on the QuickBooks App Store. If you run a wholesale distribution business, leave your email and we'll reach out when there's a slot.

Tell us a little about your business if you'd like. It helps us prioritize. No sales call, no spam. We answer ourselves.
